PARKS POND CAMPGROUND POLICIES - 2025
We hope these policies will help make everyone’s camping experience safe and enjoyable. We are a family campground, so please be aware of the CHILDREN around at all times.
- THE SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH.
- QUIET TIME is 10:00PM to 6:00AM. Please turn off electronics during this time. We also ask that music and other activities be kept at a reasonable noise level during non-quiet time hours. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
- ALL VISITORS must sign in each time they visit unless they are on your list.
- Rowdy, disruptive behaviors and vulgarity are unacceptable and will not be tolerated, anyone displaying these behaviors will be asked to leave.
- There is no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk.
- A larger duck population increases the risk of E-Coli bacteria contamination in our pond. PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE DUCKS.
- One picnic table and fire ring per site, please.
- Campfires in fire rings/fireplaces only and must be attended, please refrain from burning trash i.e. plastic, Styrofoam, food, etc.
- Children under 10 must have adult supervision in the facilities, i.e. Rec. Hall, Game Room, Bathrooms, Showers, etc.
- Dependant children must be in their campsites by 9pm.
- Under age drinking and or illegal drug use will not be permitted. We are a Cannabis Free Campground.
- Pets are welcome as long as they are friendly, cleaned up after, and on a leash. Please do not leave your pet unattended. Barking dogs will be asked to leave. The roped swimming area is not for pets, they can swim at the boating area. Visitors may bring pets if they adhere to the above policies.
- Personal watercraft i.e. wave runners, jet skis, etc. are prohibited.
- ATV, electric scooter riding is prohibited within the campground.
- Golf Cart riding is prohibited within the campground with the exceptions for PPC service cart and handicapped use only to and from the campground facilities.
- All campground facilities are non smoking and alcohol free i.e. Recreation Hall, Store, Bathrooms, Game Room, etc.
- The dumpster is for bagged camper trash and is located by the laundry room. Cigarette butts are toxic and hazardous, please dispose of them properly.
- Site rates are for up to 2 adults and up to 3 dependent children per site.
- Visitor fees are $3 per day per guest age 7 and up, 7:00AM until 9:00PM. Overnight guests $5 per night per guest. Please sign in and pay at the office or leave in drop box on porch and park in the designated visitor parking areas.
- Two vehicles (maximum) per site are allowed; all others must park in the visitors’ parking areas.
- Firewood is available at The Old Mill Store, cutting of trees or wood is not allowed without permission; please help us preserve the wildlife by not putting nails in the trees, etc.
- Bicycle riding during daylight hours only please.
- The Dock at the boat launch is for loading and unloading only, please no jumping, diving or boat storage – fishing off the dock is allowed.
- Fireworks are prohibited in the campground.
- FLUSHABLE WIPES ARE NOT GOOD FOR ANY SEPTIC SYSTEM!
